Parkview Lodge & Cabins

2 friends and I recently stayed at the parkview lodge in the 3 bed economy room. We planned on going to beech and sugar mountain for a weekend trip. When we arrived, the owners were extremely welcoming and warmed up the room beforehand. Our second day, an ice storm came and froze over the area so we couldn’t leave the lodge. The owners were kind enough to offer food and drinks if we were in need, so that we wouldn’t have to risk driving. The location is right next to a general store as well which was convenient. Hands down this place is worth the money. We will be sure to stay again!

I arrived really late and surprisingly to find that the owner of the lodge was waiting for me. We were really tired after skiing so we slept through our alarms and ended up checking out late. The owner is very understanding and kind. Room is old-fashioned but has everything we need. Good value overall!

We liked the 3 beds in one room. Very comfortable for families and clean. No issues. Very nice new owners! Very accommodating Wi-Fi was great and fast!!

Had a great experience. The cabin in the back was awesome. Had a little campfire and porch to sit on. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Coming from out of town on a snowboarding trip, we came to the motel very late and was still greeted nicely and with a very warm room. We were just looking for a cheap place to sleep for the night and this was exactly what we were looking for. And had no problem with me booking as an 18 year old which is a problem i see way more than you’d think. 5 Stars

We stayed here last week after a long, wet day of bike riding. Thankfully they had vacancies and put us in #6. Accommodations were nothing special, but we had plenty of towels, hot water, functioning AC/Heat, working TV and clean beds to sleep on. The reason I'm writing this review is to highlight the incredible level of service they offered. We're on mountain bikes and arrived around 6pm, where most places were closed for the evening and no food delivery was to be had. The general store up the street was still making pizzas but we would have to go pick them up, which on a mountain bike was challenging/unrealistic. Before I hung up the phone, the proprietor offered to go pick up the food for us and deliver it to our room, which is a level of service not encountered these days. In addition to this, the beer selection at the lodge was simply amazing. Had an entire walk-in cooler of beer with quite a variety to choose from. So, lodging is decent, but service and selection are top notch and I'd definitely stay here again.

I was in one of the new renovated rooms. It was nice. Low cost for the whole week. It was quiet in the evening. Just a nice gentleman running to place, trying to keep it going.What a nice guy thank you

Have stayed here multiple times friendly staff rooms are simple the basics only thing I would change is there is no ice machine other than that great place to stay and price is more than fair so if ya in the area and need a place to lay ya head stop by and see them.
